I love when I simplify things for myself...hehe...but yeah, gotta finish that antho story—sooooooooo close but not done yet...ARGH! I did knock out about 3k-4k words over the weekend though, hard to keep an exact count because of all the adding/subtracting going on...lol

May I Tweak Your...Ear?

Okay so I’ve got a question...

I’m finishing my antho short story this weekend...oh yeah, at least 6k coherent (that darn word just has to be a part of this conversation...lol) words in less than two days...*heads desk* Certain lovelies in my life think I can do this...I think I’ve got them all fooled, but dude, I’m gonna give it a go...lmao

Wait...I had a reason behind this post...darn those squirrels for getting in my vision...

Oh yeah...question.

And yes this does have to do with the story I’m finishing right now...as you are reading this...I am writing it...at this very moment...oh and that moment too...hehe

Um...sorry...question:

What are your thoughts on a short story with an open for interpretation ending?

Yep—I already have the ending planned...but I was wondering what readers would think about it...now I can’t tell you the ending...but I can ask you this question and get some ideas...if you don’t mind answering it...I’m not saying things won’t be concluded in the story—they will...but some things...well...

Dreaming Up To a Friday...

Good Friday one and all! *big smiles* Yes...yes I am happy to have the weekend ahead of me, so I can finish my antho piece hopefully before the Monday deadline...wouldn’t that be fun? hehe

Now...last night I had the most interesting dream—it involved an Egyptian Prince, zombies and football. hmmmmmmm...do I think this will ever make it into a book...um...probably not, but it was a very interesting and kinda disturbing dream—I’m just lucky I’m good with that...lmao

Well you all have a splendid Friday—I plan on being in my own little la-la world at the EDJ...it makes the day go by faster and I really like imaging my bossman in thigh highs, he’s a runner so he’s got the gams for them *winks* and it gives me something hot to daydream about...*waggles brows*

Hello Monday...may I go back to sleep now?

It’s Monday...I’ve got coffee in my hand and am ready to take on the world...or at least a five mile radius from where I’m sitting...um, if I don’t fall asleep first.

Just wishing all of you a better Monday than I know I’m gonna have (co-worker on vacay, which means more work for me...yay).

But when I get home—I get to hit the keys hard because I got almost 2k words written last night and with a little bit of help, got over a bump in the road I was dealing with.

     “Where is he? He said yes, right? You were there, he did say yes.”

     “You said brainless twerp twice.” He sneered at his best friend.

     “So did he, and it’s my favorite. I think it epitomizes you nicely.”

Because He's Lee Brazil & You're You...

Sooooo...I'm hanging with one of my favorite people...the multi-talented and quite hunky hunky Lee Brazil,http://leebrazilauthor.blogspot.com/ author of the best selling series Truth or Dare among other things.

I hunted Lee down to come answer three questions (yep...only three...but wait until you read these questions before you judge me...hehe).

Now why did I stalk Lee to answer only three questions? Because Lee is doing something freaking AWESOME for readers...Because You're You is on sale at Amazon for FREE!!! I know *eyes bug out* at that price I want multiples! Wait...that just may be in the book...hehe

Now, I've read Because You're You multiple times (oh be quiet...we all know I use that word as often as possible...*sticks out tongue*)...and every time I do I always come away with these three questions that I'd love to have the nerve to ask the author...but I'm shy...*bats lashes and blushes*...oh just go with it...jeez.

So in Because You're You...we meet Devyn, who is tattooed and pierced and...and...*dabs at sweat forming on brow*...and a bad boy. Tell me Lee, do you like bad boys? Are you a bad boy?

I've a great deal of fondness for bad boys, but no. I'm more of a quiet type.

Now it's no secret that you have a high opinion of kissing. You happen to write some of the best kisses I've ever read—so filled with emotion and heat that sometimes I feel like that kiss was the *fans face* oh-so-yummy scene...hehe...so tell us what is your favorite physical part of a kiss? Your favorite emotional part of a kiss? How do you make your kiss scenes so darn heat inflamed? I mean come on, you can't get this type of heat from a Tabasco bottle!

The very first touch of tongue to lip, the teasing…the way a kiss slowly builds, these are a few of my favorite things. I try to put what each kiss means onto the page, is it simple passion? No. There is nothing as complicated as a simple kiss.

There are two words that can describe one of Sully's best qualities (because he definitely has more than one best...hehe) Oral Fixation...*closes eyes and shivers* uh uh uh...there is no escaping this question...you knew it was...coming. *raises eyebrow and smirks* So, tell us your thoughts about oral fixations...do you share any with Sully?

*frowns* Sully's oral fixation probably stems from some sort of insecurity left-over form childhood. For myself, I'd have to admit that yes, I think that goes right along with kissing.
